Our Impact

Rather than creating new services, we strengthen what already works, partnering with trusted local providers to deliver wraparound support.

Our wrap around model delivers deeper impact than standalone initiatives, which tend to ease one pressure point and stop there, ours connects whānau to multiple forms of support at once.

We deliver support across four core areas of Energy Wellbeing:

  • Financial Relief (Winter Credits): Direct credits to electricity accounts to reduce winter hardship via Nau Mai Rā and Toast Electric.

  • Power Education: In-home coaching and community workshops to help whānau use electricity safely, efficiently, and affordably.

  • Financial Mentorship & Budgeting: Support from local budgeting services to build long-term financial resilience.

  • Healthy Home Interventions: Access to insulation, heating, curtains, beds, bedding, and sometimes help with repairs.

Our priority is households with tamariki, kaumātua, and whānau experiencing energy hardship.
